Delete your SnowScope data or account
Developer: Atlas Labs. App: SnowScope (package ma.atlaslabs.snowscope).
In the app (immediate)
- Open the menu (☰) → About.
- Tap Delete my data — or Delete account when you are signed in.
- Confirm. Everything stored on our server for your install or account is erased: favourites, alert rules, push token, account email and password hash, purchase records.
By email
Write to atlaslabsdaba@gmail.com from the address of your account (or with your install id from About). We delete within 30 days.
Access logs (IP address) are deleted automatically after 14 days. GPS tracks and downloaded terrain packs only exist on your phone: uninstalling the app removes them.
